  • Bonne maîtrise du langage ISO et des machines Star.

Décovi SA est une société spécialisée dans la production de pièces usinées de haute précision et de tous niveaux de complexité. Nous sommes spécialisés dans le décolletage, le tournage CNC, le fraisage, le gravage laser et la décoration. Afin de renforcer nos équipes pour une durée indéterminée, nous recherchons :

Décolleteur CNC / Metteur en train, F/H - 100%

Mission

  • Réaliser la programmation, la mise en train et le réglage de machines CNC à poupées mobiles ;
  • Assurer le suivi de production d-un groupe de machines ;
  • Garantir les cadences de production et la conformité des pièces produites ;
  • Apporter ponctuellement votre soutien aux autres groupes de machines, en fonction des besoins de production ;
  • Participer activement à l-amélioration continue des procédés et de l-organisation de la production.

Profil

  • CFC de polymécanicien option décolletage ou titre jugé équivalent ;
  • Expérience significative dans le réglage et la programmation de machines CNC ;
  • Expérience confirmée dans la production de pièces horlogères aux standards esthétiques exigeants ;
  • La connaissance des machines Star et/ou Hanwha constitue un véritable atout ;
  • Bonne maîtrise du langage ISO ;
  • Des connaissances du logiciel GibbsCAM seraient également appréciées ;
  • Autonomie, rigueur et sens des responsabilités ;
  • Attitude positive, dynamisme, esprit d-équipe.

Une personne de terrain, passionnée par le décolletage, capable de travailler avec autonomie, de résoudre les problématiques techniques du quotidien et de jouer un rôle clé dans le fonctionnement et la performance de notre parc de machines à poupées mobiles.
