Vos tâches ##

  • Vous êtes responsable de la conception de concepts pour la promotion des jeunes talents, des spécialistes et des cadres
  • Vous conseillez les cadres et les collaborateurs dans le domaine du développement du personnel
  • Vous accompagnez et soutenez nos collaborateurs dans leur développement personnel et professionnel dès l'entrée en fonction
  • Vous participez à des projets RH visant à optimiser les processus
  • Vous assurez le contrôle des mesures de développement du personnel

Votre profil ##

  • Formation supérieure ou diplôme universitaire en RH, psychologie ou pédagogie
  • Plusieurs années d'expérience professionnelle dans une fonction similaire (une expérience dans les organisations de secours est un avantage)
  • Connaissances approfondies dans le domaine du développement du personnel orienté vers l'avenir et durable
  • Travail autonome, responsable et orienté solutions
