Dans le cadre d'un important programme de transformation et de modernisation de son environnement Data \& Business Intelligence, notre client, une organisation de premier plan bas\ée à Lausanne, recherche 3 Data Analytics Engineers experts Microsoft Fabric \& Power BI.

Vous interviendrez sur un projet stratégique de migration de Tableau vers Power BI, avec pour objectif de concevoir, développer et déployer des solutions analytiques performantes, évolutives et adaptées aux besoins métiers.

Vous intégrerez une équipe Data dynamique et jouerez un rôle clé dans l'accélération de cette transformation technologique.

Data Analytics Engineer – Microsoft Fabric \& Power BI (H/F)

Vos missions ============

En tant que Data Analytics Engineer, vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes :

Développement BI \& Data Visualisation

* Concevoir, développer et déployer des tableaux de bord et rapports interactifs complexes sous Power BI.

* Participer activement à la migration des solutions existantes de Tableau vers Power BI et Microsoft Fabric.

* Développer des modèles sémantiques robustes, performants et réutilisables.

* Créer et optimiser des mesures et calculs avancés en DAX.

* Garantir la qualité, la pertinence et la performance des visualisations développées.

Data Engineering \& Mod\élisation

* Collecter, transformer, nettoyer et structurer les données provenant de différentes sources.

* Concevoir et maintenir des modèles de données optimisés (Star Schema, Datamarts).

* Exploiter les fonctionnalités de Microsoft Fabric pour accompagner la modernisation de l'architecture Data.

* Mettre en œuvre les bonnes pratiques de qualité, de gouvernance et de sécurité des données.

* Optimiser les performances des datasets et des rapports Power BI.

Déploiement \& Accompagnement

* Administrer et gérer les environnements Power BI Service (workspaces, RLS/OLS, actualisation des données).

* Participer aux réflexions sur l'évolution de l'architecture BI et des solutions analytiques.

* Accompagner, former et conseiller les utilisateurs métiers et les Data Analysts.

* Apporter une expertise technique et méthodologique aux équipes internes.

* Contribuer à l'adoption des nouveaux outils et à la réussite de la transformation Data.

Votre profil ------------

* Expérience confirmée à un niveau expert sur Power BI et Microsoft Fabric.

* Excellente maîtrise de DAX, Power Query et de la modélisation de données.

* Solide expérience dans la conception et le déploiement de dashboards complexes.

* Capacité démontrée à produire rapidement des solutions BI de qualité dans des environnements exigeants.

* Très bonnes connaissances des architectures BI, des modèles sémantiques et des principes de gouvernance des données.

* Bonne connaissance de Tableau.

* Une expérience concrète de migration de Tableau vers Power BI / Microsoft Fabric constitue un atout majeur.

* Excellentes capacités d'analyse, de résolution de problèmes et d'optimisation des performances.

* Autonomie, rigueur, proactivité et capacité à travailler en équipe.

* Excellent relationnel, sens de la pédagogie et capacité à accompagner des utilisateurs aux niveaux techniques variés.

* Français courant indispensable. La connaissance de l'anglais constitue un atout.
