EWH recherche un Data Scientist doté d'IA combinant une forte expertise analytique, une discipline en ingénierie logicielle, une compréhension commerciale et des compétences en productivité IA.

Tâches

  • Concevoir, construire et déployer des solutions d'apprentissage automatique et d'IA de l'idée à la production.
  • Développer des modèles de prévision, de recommandation, de tarification, de segmentation client et d'optimisation.
  • Exploiter les technologies GenAI et LLM pour automatiser les processus et améliorer la prise de décision commerciale.
  • Collaborer avec les parties prenantes des équipes Commercial, CRM, Finance, Opérations et Produit.
  • Transformer des questions commerciales ambiguës en cadres analytiques et en insights exploitables.
  • Construire des solutions évolutives en utilisant des technologies cloud et des plateformes de données modernes.
  • Évaluer les opportunités d'IA et déterminer où le ML classique, l'optimisation ou GenAI apporte la plus grande valeur.

Exigences

  • Plus de 5 ans d'expérience en Data Science.
  • Maîtrise solide de Python ou R.
  • Expérience en apprentissage automatique et statistiques.
  • Expérience avec les plateformes cloud (Azure, Databricks).
  • Expérience dans le déploiement de modèles en production.
  • Solides connaissances en expérimentation et inférence causale.
  • Compréhension de l'ingénierie des données (pipelines, API, orchestration).
