TES TÂCHES

  • Soins professionnels et de haute qualité aux patients en soins intensifs ainsi que soutien aux proches
  • Planification, organisation et exécution autonome des tâches confiées
  • Responsable du bien-être physique et psychique ainsi que de la sécurité des patients
  • Collaboration interdisciplinaire en équipe avec notre corps médical et d'autres domaines médicaux

TON PROFIL

  • Tu possèdes un diplôme postgrade en soins intensifs et aimes appliquer quotidiennement tes connaissances spécialisées et ton savoir-faire professionnel
  • Tu travailles volontiers de manière autonome, possèdes de solides compétences professionnelles et sociales, penses et agis de manière interdisciplinaire et proactive
  • Tu es ouvert(e) aux nouveautés
  • Tu es capable de travailler en équipe, flexible et aimes apporter tes idées
  • Une forte orientation client est pour toi une évidence
  • Formation continue ÜWP (soins de surveillance)
