Le nouveau Tertianum Usego-Park à Olten a ouvert ses portes le 1er avril 2024. Avec ses 60 lits de soins et 24 appartements, il offre aux personnes dans leur 4e étape de vie un foyer confortable. Le Tertianum Usego-Park est situé de manière centrale et bénéficie d'une excellente connexion aux transports publics grâce à un arrêt de bus devant la maison.

Infirmier diplômé / Infirmière diplômée HF/FH/DNII 50-100%

Vos tâches

  • Soins et accompagnement holistiques des résidents conformément à la mission et au processus de soins
  • Réalisation des actes de soins selon la compétence professionnelle et conformément à la planification du processus de soins
  • Planification et accompagnement des visites médicales
  • Documentation électronique des soins via CareCoach
  • Prise en charge des tâches en tant que personne de référence
  • Gestion du processus de soins
  • Conduite des réunions de cas et des rapports de soins

Votre profil

  • Formation achevée d'infirmier/infirmière diplômé(e) HF/DNII ou formation équivalente reconnue par le CRSS
  • Connaissances RAI souhaitées
  • Communication assurée en allemand à l'oral et à l'écrit
  • Attitude chaleureuse et pleine d'humour
  • Goût pour les défis variés
  • Bonnes connaissances de l'allemand à l'oral et à l'écrit
