Pour une institution établie dans les soins de longue durée, nous recherchons immédiatement ou selon accord un infirmier diplômé HF 60 - 100 %. L'institution est un centre de formation et attache une grande importance à un accompagnement professionnel des jeunes professionnels.

Profil requis ##

  • Formation diplômante en Suisse en tant qu'infirmier diplômé HF
  • Bonne connaissance du système suisse de formation professionnelle
  • Expérience dans les soins de longue durée un atout
  • Joie d'accompagner les collaborateurs en formation
  • Bonne maîtrise de l'allemand à l'oral et à l'écrit
  • Mode de travail autonome et responsable

Tâches ##

  • Soins et accompagnement professionnels et individuels des résidents
  • Participation à la formation professionnelle et accompagnement des collaborateurs en formation
  • Personne de contact pour les proches
  • Collaboration avec les services spécialisés internes et externes
