Pour notre client, une organisation ambulatoire dans le Baselland, nous recherchons dès maintenant ou selon accord, un·e infirmier·ère diplômé·e HF. Profil requis ##

Vous êtes une personne empathique et dynamique avec une grande compétence professionnelle et sociale. Vous prenez plaisir à offrir une meilleure qualité de vie aux personnes nécessitant des soins et de l-aide à leur domicile. Vous agissez avec respect et favorisez le bien-être des client·e·s qui vous sont confié·e·s. Les personnes occupent une place centrale pour vous, tout comme votre engagement élevé, votre conscience de la qualité et votre exigence de rester à jour dans les soins grâce à la formation continue.

Tâches ##

Dans cette fonction, vous êtes responsable de la planification et de l-exécution du processus de soins. Cela inclut l-élaboration du plan de soins et la réalisation des soins. Vous vous coordonnez avec vos collègues d-équipe et vous vous connectez avec les intervenants interdisciplinaires, les proches et les médecins.

Sont recherchées des personnes qui aiment relever des défis et qui abordent les nouveautés et changements avec dynamisme. Vous attend une activité responsable et polyvalente dans un environnement vivant ainsi qu-un climat d-entreprise valorisant.
