Tes principales tâches ###

  • Soins professionnels, individuels et relationnels de nos résident(e)s
  • En tant que première personne de référence, responsable de la garantie du processus de soins en intégrant l-environnement social
  • Personne de contact pour les proches sur les thèmes de l-information, du conseil et de l-accompagnement
  • Participation active à la mise en œuvre de notre concept pour les unités protégées de démence
  • Exécution professionnelle des mesures médicales, diagnostiques et thérapeutiques prescrites
  • Prise en charge de la responsabilité quotidienne et de l-équipe de service

Ce que tu apportes ###

  • Forte motivation à poursuivre ensemble notre vision
  • Expérience professionnelle avérée dans le domaine de la démence
  • Formation achevée en tant qu-infirmière/infirmier diplômé HF ou diplôme étranger reconnu par la Croix-Rouge suisse (CRS)
  • Intérêt pour la formation continue (par ex. CAS en soins de démence orientés sur le vécu)
  • Très bonnes connaissances de l-allemand à l-oral et à l-écrit
  • Bonnes compétences numériques pour l-administration électronique avec BESA (à l-avenir interRAI), easyDOK et les programmes Office courants
