La Fondation St. Josef est une entreprise importante à vocation sociale dans le canton d'Argovie. Les missions principales comprennent des possibilités d'hébergement et de structures de jour pour les personnes en situation de handicap, l'école pédagogique curative ainsi qu'une offre thérapeutique variée.

Fraîche, savoureuse, simple - c'est notre restaurant JoJo. Notre restaurant libre-service public est situé au cœur de la Fondation St. Josef à Bremgarten et propose 365 jours par an une offre variée et diversifiée tout au long de la journée. Séminaires, conférences, événements, manifestations culturelles ainsi que diverses occasions d'entreprise ou familiales complètent notre large gamme de services.

Notre équipe souhaite une personnalité de direction bien organisée et expérimentée dans le domaine des banquets, qui travaille avec passion dans la gastronomie.

  • Prise en charge complète de nos clients de jour et d'événements sur place et garantie d'une grande satisfaction des clients ainsi que d'un déroulement opérationnel sans accroc
  • Planification et réalisation d'événements, séminaires et manifestations, y compris la mise à disposition de toutes les ressources nécessaires
  • Élaboration d'offres et de facturations ainsi que d'autres tâches administratives
  • Direction, promotion et motivation de l'équipe de banquet
  • Assurance d'une planification optimale de l'affectation du personnel
  • Soutien à la direction du restaurant, participation active à toutes les tâches dans le domaine du restaurant et des banquets et prise en charge du remplacement en cas d'absence de la direction du restaurant
  • Formation achevée dans l'hôtellerie et/ou la gastronomie, ou formation équivalente ainsi qu'une expérience professionnelle de plusieurs années, idéalement 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en gestion
  • Personnalité charismatique avec un esprit d'équipe prononcé
  • Dans les relations avec les clients, les supérieurs et les collaborateurs, vous faites preuve de charme, de compétences sociales et d'une amabilité authentique et naturelle
  • Vous aimez prendre des responsabilités, vous vous distinguez par des idées innovantes et êtes un talent organisationnel
  • Une grande résistance au stress, flexibilité et engagement sont pour vous une évidence (également en soirée et les week-ends)
  • Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite en allemand (l'anglais et d'autres langues étrangères sont un avantage)
  • Très bonnes connaissances des applications Microsoft
  • Activité autonome et variée dans un environnement dynamique
  • Intégration soignée et climat de travail collégial
  • Possibilité de prendre plus de responsabilités et de se développer en interne
  • Possibilités ciblées de formation et de perfectionnement
