Directeur·trice Commercial et projets

Membre de l-équipe de direction et rattaché(e) au Directeur général, vous développez et valorisez les activités de CIMO et du parc industriel en renforçant les relations avec les clients actuels et futurs. Vous élargissez le portefeuille clients en identifiant de nouvelles opportunités de croissance, en pilotant les projets internes et externes.

Développement commercial et relation client

Pilotage des projets et mandats

  • Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie commerciale de CIMO
  • Développer et gérer le portefeuille de clients
  • Identifier et concrétiser de nouvelles opportunités de développement
  • Assurer la satisfaction et la fidélisation des clients
  • Renforcer la culture client au sein de l'entreprise
  • Participer à représenter CIMO auprès des clients, des partenaires, des autorités et des acteurs économiques

Marketing et promotion

  • Superviser le portefeuille des projets et des mandats stratégiques internes et externes
  • Garantir l'alignement des projets avec les objectifs stratégiques de CIMO
  • Assurer le suivi des résultats, des ressources, des risques et des bénéfices attendus
  • Arbitrer les priorités et soutenir les responsables de projet
  • Définir et piloter la stratégie de marketing et de communication interne et externe
  • Promouvoir l'image de CIMO et du parc industriel
  • Valoriser l'offre de prestations auprès des clients actuels et nouveaux
  • Contribuer à l'attractivité du site afin d-y accueillir de nouvelles activités industrielles

Vos atouts :

  • Formation supérieure (universitaire, EPF ou HES) en ingénierie, économie, management ou un domaine jugé équivalent
  • Formation complémentaire en management, gestion de projet ou en développement commercial.
  • Expérience confirmée dans une fonction de direction
  • Expérience significative dans un environnement industriel complexe
  • Expérience avérée en développement commercial, gestion de clients stratégiques, négociation commerciale et conduite de projets
