Pour renforcer notre bureau, nous recherchons un·e directeur·trice de travaux expérimenté·e.

Tâches/Responsabilités

  • Piloter tes projets de la préparation de l'exécution jusqu'à la réception des ouvrages, en assurant le suivi des coûts, des délais et de la qualité
  • Organiser et superviser les chantiers : mise en place, sécurité, logistique et coordination des intervenants
  • Coordonner l'ensemble des acteurs d'un projet : maîtres d'ouvrage, architectes, ingénieurs, entreprises et mandataires spécialisés
  • Tenir le journal et les séances de chantier, rédiger les procès-verbaux et contrôler la conformité des travaux avec les plans
  • Maîtriser les appels d'offres, soumissions, adjudications, métrés et décomptes
  • Organiser les réceptions à tous les niveaux, suivre les levées de réserve et les travaux de garantie

Profil

  • Formation supérieure dans le domaine de la construction : directeur·trice des travaux diplômé·e / maîtrise fédérale, architecte EPF/HES ou formation jugée équivalente (un parcours initial de dessinateur·trice en bâtiment complété par une formation en direction de travaux est un atout important)
  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience confirmée en direction de travaux et/ou gestion de projets de construction, avec une expérience avérée dans la gestion autonome de projets, idéalement en Suisse
  • Expérience dans la conduite de projets de taille et de complexité significatives, de la préparation de l'exécution jusqu'à la réception des ouvrages
  • Développement de détails
  • Solides connaissances des techniques constructives, des matériaux, des normes SIA et de la réglementation suisse applicable à la construction
  • Maîtrise des appels d'offres, du suivi des coûts, des délais et de la qualité d'exécution
  • Autonomie, rigueur, sens des responsabilités, excellentes capacités de communication et de négociation
  • Excellente maîtrise du français à l'oral et à l'écrit ; toute autre langue est un atout
