Si vous êtes passionné(e) par l-architecture et la construction, doté(e) d-une solide expérience dans la direction de travaux et souhaitez participer à la réalisation de projets d-exception, cette opportunité est faite pour vous !

Dans le cadre du développement de notre succursale Vaudoise, nous recherchons un(e) Directeur(trice) des travaux motivé(e), rigoureux(se) et autonome afin de rejoindre notre équipe.

Vos missions

  • Assurer la direction et le suivi des travaux, de la préparation à la réception du projet
  • Coordonner les différents intervenants, entreprises et mandataires
  • Organiser et conduire les séances de chantier et assurer le suivi des procès-verbaux
  • Garantir le respect des délais, des coûts, de la qualité et des exigences du projet
  • Élaborer et suivre les plannings de travaux
  • Contrôler les prestations réalisées et assurer le suivi des travaux de finition et de levée des réserves
  • Gérer les appels d-offres, l-adjudication et le suivi des contrats avec les entreprises
  • Assurer le suivi financier des travaux et le contrôle des factures
  • Veiller au respect des normes, des prescriptions et des règles de sécurité sur les chantiers
  • Assurer une communication fluide entre le maître d-ouvrage, les mandataires et les entreprises

Votre profil

  • Formation dans le domaine de la construction, de l-architecture ou formation équivalente
  • Expérience confirmée en Suisse dans un poste de Directeur(trice) des travaux
  • Excellente connaissance du domaine de la construction et des pratiques suisses
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément avec autonomie et rigueur
  • Excellent sens de l-organisation, de la coordination et de la communication
  • Aptitude à travailler sous pression et à prendre des décisions rapidement
  • Maîtrise parfaite du français, permettant une communication claire et fluide en milieu professionnel
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels et des logiciels de gestion de projet
  • Une bonne connaissance des normes SIA et des procédures de soumission
