Depuis plus de 100 ans, Louis Ditzler AG produit et distribue des légumes surgelés, des fruits surgelés et des spécialités de marrons dans toute la Suisse. En tant qu'entreprise de production leader sur le marché, nous accompagnons nos partenaires régionaux de la culture depuis le semis jusqu'à la récolte et plaçons nos efforts au centre d'une production durable. Notre offre est complétée par des matières premières fruitières sélectionnées, par exemple pour le yaourt ou la glace.

Pour renforcer notre équipe, nous recherchons immédiatement ou selon accord un(e)

Direction adjointe Gestion de la qualité/Assurance qualité (80-100 %)

Dans cette fonction responsable, vous soutenez la direction QM/QS dans l'assurance et le développement continu de nos standards de qualité et de sécurité alimentaire. Vous assumez une fonction d'interface importante entre l'assurance qualité, la production et la technique et représentez la direction QM/QS en son absence.

Vos tâches :

  • Vous développez notre système QM selon IFS Food ainsi que nos concepts HACCP
  • Vous préparez les audits internes et externes ainsi que les audits clients et labels, les accompagnez et prenez en charge le suivi
  • Vous évaluez les écarts de qualité et gérez les mesures correctives correspondantes
  • Vous traitez les réclamations clients et soutenez la traçabilité, le rappel et le retrait
  • Vous prenez en charge la gestion documentaire et entretenez notre système QM avec IQ-Soft
  • Vous participez à Food Defense, Food Fraud et au Management Review

Votre profil :

  • Vous disposez d-une formation ou d-études en technologie alimentaire, sciences alimentaires ou d-une qualification comparable
  • Vous avez plusieurs années d-expérience en QM/QS dans l-industrie alimentaire de production
  • Vous possédez des connaissances approfondies d-IFS Food, HACCP et du droit alimentaire suisse
  • Vous avez de l-expérience avec les audits ainsi que dans la gestion des écarts et des mesures d-amélioration
  • Vous travaillez de manière structurée, autonome et orientée solutions
  • Vous convainquez par vos compétences en leadership, votre assertivité et votre aisance en communication
