Directrice / Directeur des soins et de l'accompagnement à 100 %

Vos tâches

  • Responsable de la qualité et de la mise en oeuvre du mandat de prestations et du processus de soins
  • Développement du domaine des soins et de l'accompagnement pour nos hôtes
  • Controlling de la qualité et de la productivité (occupation des lits, saisie des prestations dans CareCoach)
  • Respect du budget et réalisation des objectifs du secteur
  • Organisation et coordination des différents groupes d'intérêt (proches, médecins de famille, autres organisations et institutions ainsi que les assurances)
  • Gestion du personnel soignant
  • Processus de recrutement et de développement des collaborateurs / collaboratrices
  • Collaboration étroite avec la direction

Votre profil

  • Formation d'infirmier / d'infirmière diplômé(e) ES ou formation équivalente reconnue par la CRS
  • Expérience professionnelle et de direction dans les soins de plusieurs années avec des personnes atteintes de démence est un avantage
  • Au moins 1 à 2 ans d'expérience en tant que responsable des soins et de l'accompagnement ou au moins 3 à 4 ans d'expérience professionnelle en tant que responsable d'équipe
  • Cadre dynamique titulaire d'un certificat en management
  • De langue maternelle française, connaissance de l'allemand est un avantage
  • Une attitude chaleureuse et pleine d'humour
  • Grande empathie et capacité particulière à travailler en équipe
