Au Centre d'Urgences de la Clinique Hirslanden Zurich, vous êtes un point de contact important pour nos patientes et patients. Avec votre attitude amicale, empathique et orientée service, vous contribuez à une expérience positive pour les patients. En étroite collaboration avec la direction de service et la personne en charge du triage, vous apportez une contribution essentielle au bon déroulement de l'accueil.

VOS TÂCHES

  • Vous accueillez les patientes et patients de manière amicale et professionnelle et assurez une admission administrative fluide.
  • Vous êtes un point de contact central pour les patientes et patients, leurs proches ainsi que pour les interlocuteurs internes et externes.
  • Vous créez une atmosphère d'accueil agréable grâce à une communication attentive et respectueuse.
  • Vous prenez en charge des tâches organisationnelles et administratives liées à l'accueil.
  • Vous êtes en échange régulier avec la direction de service et la personne en charge du triage et soutenez un flux d'informations sans heurts.

VOTRE PROFIL

  • Vous disposez d'une formation achevée en tant qu'assistant(e) médical(e) ou secrétaire médical(e) d'hôpital.
  • Une expérience professionnelle en tant qu'assistant(e) de consultation dans un hôpital de soins aigus et/ou dans un service d'urgence est un atout.
  • Vous connaissez les différences fondamentales entre cas de maladie et cas d'accident ainsi que les procédures d'assurance correspondantes.
  • Vous communiquez très bien en allemand, à l'oral comme à l'écrit, et avez de bonnes connaissances orales en anglais. D'autres langues étrangères sont un avantage.
  • Vous restez professionnel(le) et calme même dans des situations exigeantes.
  • Vous avez un bon sens des besoins des patientes et patients et contribuez, par votre engagement, à une haute qualité de service.
