La Fondation Hochsteig gère à Lichtensteig le foyer scolaire Hochsteig pour environ 46 enfants et adolescents à capacités normales avec des difficultés d-apprentissage et de comportement, ainsi qu-une école spécialisée de jour à Uznach. À partir du 1er janvier 2027 ou selon accord, nous recherchons pour un groupe en internat à Lichtensteig un éducateur / une éducatrice sociale à 70 %.

Vous travaillez avec plaisir et professionnalisme avec des enfants et adolescents en internat hebdomadaire. Vous accompagnez, en collaboration avec l-équipe, neuf enfants et adolescents dans le cadre extrascolaire et entretenez des contacts avec les enseignants, les parents et les services spécialisés. Vous êtes capable de travailler en équipe, flexible et résistant au stress, vous accordez de l-importance à la collaboration interdisciplinaire et vous disposez d-une formation en travail social achevée (FH, HF). Une expérience professionnelle solide avec des enfants et adolescents complète votre profil.

Nous vous offrons un domaine d-activité intéressant au sein d-une équipe motivée, des possibilités de formation continue, une semaine de cinq jours avec des week-ends largement libres (internat hebdomadaire) et 13 semaines de vacances (par compensation). Le foyer scolaire Hochsteig dans le Toggenburg est très bien accessible en transports publics (Saint-Gall 28-, Wil 18-, Rapperswil 28-, Sargans 59-).
