Tâches ##

  • Garantir l'épanouissement et le développement des enfants au quotidien.
  • Assurer une prestation socio-éducative de qualité et un bon fonctionnement.
  • Collaborer avec l'équipe éducative et maintenir un bon climat de travail.

Compétences ##

  • Diplôme niveau ES ou équivalent, expérience en petite enfance exigée.
  • Autonomie, sens de l'écoute et de l'observation.
  • Flexibilité et capacité d'adaptation requises.

Afin de compléter son équipe éducative, la crèche Barbotine recherche, un/e éducateur/trice ES à 100% pour le groupe des Grands (30 mois au départ de l-école).

Entrée en fonction : 1er février 2027

Votre mission :

  • Garantir un accueil favorable à l-épanouissement et au développement de chaque enfant, au niveau affectif, cognitif, social, culturel tout en veillant à sa santé
  • Assurer un fonctionnement optimal de la structure en offrant une prestation socio-éducative de qualité
  • Veiller à maintenir un climat de travail interne propice au bon fonctionnement de la structure
  • Assurer la relation avec les parents
  • Collaborer avec l-équipe éducative
  • Participer activement et s-investir dans les projets de l-institution
  • Respecter le fonctionnement de la structure
  • Accompagner l'enfant dans son développement en réalisant un suivi individuel (entretien avec les familles, rédaction des bilans)

Votre profil :

  • Titulaire d-un diplôme niveau ES ou jugé équivalent reconnu par le SEFRI
  • Être au bénéfice d'expériences dans le domaine de la petite enfance.
  • Parfaite autonomie et esprit de collaboration
  • Sens de l-écoute et de l-observation
  • Facilité d-adaptation, disponibilité et flexibilité.
  • Être au bénéfice d-une formation de FEE/FPP est un atout
