L-EFAJE est un réseau qui regroupe 31 communes du district du Gros-de-Vaud et environs désireuses d-unir leurs efforts pour gérer et développer des prestations d-accueil de jour de qualité afin de mieux répondre aux besoins de leurs citoyens. À ce jour, trois secteurs y sont représentés, l-Accueil familial de jour, qui regroupe une soixantaine d-accueillant(e)s en milieu familial, neuf structures préscolaires et dix-neuf structures parascolaires. Nous sommes à la recherche, pour une durée indéterminée, d-un(e) :

Educateur(trice) de l-enfance ou Assistant(e) socio-éducatif(ve) à 79% ##

Le poste de travail est situé à la Garderie Arc-en-ciel à Cugy, structure d-une capacité de 44 places. Le poste est à repourvoir dans le groupe de la nurserie et le temps de travail est réparti sur 4 jours/semaine.

Vos missions : ###

  • Assurer un accompagnement de qualité aux enfants accueillis, en garantissant leur bien-être et leur sécurité dans le respect du projet institutionnel et dans le cadre des règlementations en vigueur.
  • Identifier les enjeux liés à la qualité à partir de vos connaissances théoriques. Proposer des pistes d-action et les mettre en œuvre dans l-intérêt de l-enfant.
  • Favoriser un lien de qualité et d-échanges avec les familles et les services externes.

Votre profil : ###

Vous disposez d-une expérience dans le domaine de la petite enfance et faites preuve de bienveillance, d-empathie et d-écoute envers les enfants. Dynamique, flexible et doté(e) d-un bon esprit d-équipe, vous communiquez avec aisance et diplomatie. De nature calme et proactive, vous savez vous adapter aux situations, prendre du recul sur vos pratiques et contribuer activement à la qualité de l-accueil et au bon fonctionnement de l-équipe. Titulaire d-un diplôme tertiaire ES/HES ou équivalent ou d-un diplôme secondaire (CFC), vous disposez de la nationalité suisse ou d-un permis de séjour valable, ainsi que d-un casier judiciaire vierge.
