Vous êtes le premier point de contact pour nos clients dans toute la Suisse et les conseillez de manière compétente sur nos boîtes aux lettres et boîtes à colis. Vous combinez la vente téléphonique active avec des tâches administratives telles que la création d'offres, la gestion des données ainsi que le soutien du service extérieur, assurant ainsi un service client fluide de A à Z.

Vos tâches ##

  • Conseiller et assister nos clients par téléphone dans toute la Suisse concernant les produits et services
  • Enregistrer les offres dans l-ERP (proALPHA)
  • Gérer les commandes obtenues jusqu-à la facturation
  • Vente téléphonique active pour boîtes aux lettres et boîtes à colis
  • Mettre à jour les données clients dans le CRM (MS Dynamics)
  • Traiter les réclamations et demandes de service

Votre profil ##

  • Formation commerciale de base avec plusieurs années d-expérience professionnelle dans le domaine technique nécessaire
  • Goût pour la vente téléphonique et le service client
  • Bonne lecture de plans et aptitude à la visualisation spatiale
  • Bonne maîtrise des produits MS Office
  • Très bon allemand à l-oral et à l-écrit
  • Le français à l-oral et à l-écrit est un atout
