Tâches ##

  • Gestion administrative des tâches variées au Werkhof.
  • Assistance aux citoyens via téléphone, e-mail et en personne.
  • Traitement des rapports et gestion des locations d'infrastructures.

Compétences ##

  • Formation commerciale avec EFZ et expérience en secrétariat requise.

L'atelier communal est responsable de diverses tâches dans l'entretien des installations, la maintenance des routes et des espaces verts ainsi que dans les domaines des cimetières et de l'élimination des déchets. Nos quelque 40 collaborateurs sont actifs chaque jour dans toute la ville de Baden.

Vos tâches

  • Traitement administratif autonome de tous les domaines de travail
  • Fourniture d'informations au guichet, par téléphone ou par e-mail
  • Traitement du courrier
  • Traitement des rapports hebdomadaires des collaborateurs, y compris la gestion des congés, des salaires mensuels et des indemnités (MyAbacus)
  • Location de matériel d'infrastructure pour les fêtes, y compris la facturation des services rendus
  • Achat de matériel de bureau
  • Travaux de secrétariat pour l'association communale du crématorium
  • Remplacement de la collègue d'équipe pendant les vacances (temps plein)

Votre profil

  • Formation commerciale avec certificat fédéral de capacité (CFC)
  • Expérience professionnelle dans un secrétariat
  • Intérêt pour le thème de l'atelier communal et ses particularités administratives
  • Maîtrise parfaite de l'allemand à l'oral et à l'écrit
  • Méthode de travail précise et structurée
  • Esprit d'équipe, forte orientation service
  • Personnalité fiable, résistante avec un talent d'organisation
  • Utilisation professionnelle des outils informatiques
  • Bonnes connaissances de Microsoft (Word, Excel)
