La maison de retraite Humanitas à Riehen offre un foyer à 111 résidents, où ils peuvent se sentir en sécurité, protégés et à l-aise. En tant qu-établissement de formation reconnu, nous accompagnons chaque année de jeunes personnes vers une qualification professionnelle attrayante dans les domaines des soins et de l-hôtellerie. La maison de retraite Humanitas, avec son restaurant public « Rosis Garten », constitue un lieu de rencontre apprécié et un espace de vie animé pour les résidents, leurs proches, les visiteurs et les quelque 150 collaborateurs du quartier Rauracher.

Pour l-administration de notre maison de retraite à Riehen, nous recherchons dès à présent un(e) :

Employé(e) administratif(ve) en comptabilité 80-100% ##

Tâches : ###

  • Gestion de la comptabilité fournisseurs et clients
  • Gestion autonome de la comptabilité financière et des immobilisations
  • Traitement des paiements nationaux et internationaux
  • Enregistrement des paiements bancaires, rapprochement des encaissements et gestion des relances
  • Assistance lors des clôtures mensuelles, trimestrielles et annuelles
  • Soutien à la gestion de trésorerie
  • Prise en charge des remplacements et gestion de la caisse

Profil requis : ###

  • Formation commerciale achevée, idéalement complétée par une formation continue en finance et comptabilité
  • Expérience confirmée en comptabilité fournisseurs et clients ainsi qu-en gestion des relances
  • Personnalité fiable et proactive avec une méthode de travail précise et rigoureuse
  • Maîtrise de MS Office, expérience avec Lobos un atout
  • Participation à des projets et groupes de travail
  • Bonne maîtrise de la langue allemande, à l-oral comme à l-écrit
