  • Coordonner les trajets avec organisation et prévoyance.
  • Administrer les interventions des conducteurs bénévoles.

Compétences ##

La Croix-Rouge suisse du canton d'Argovie s'engage avec 130 collaborateurs et environ 950 bénévoles dans les domaines du soutien, de l'intégration sociale et de la formation. Nous nous engageons, sur la base des principes de la Croix-Rouge, en faveur des personnes dans le besoin dans le canton d'Argovie.

Dans les bureaux régionaux organisés de manière décentralisée, nous organisons principalement des transports médico-thérapeutiques entre les clients et nos bénévoles. De plus, les quatre bureaux régionaux sont responsables d'autres services régionaux de la Croix-Rouge suisse du canton d'Argovie.

Suite à un départ à la retraite, nous recherchons pour compléter notre équipe à Neuenhof dès le 1er février 2027 ou selon accord un/une

Employé/e administratif/ve service de transport 80 % ##

Vos tâches ###

  • Vous veillez au bon fonctionnement fiable de notre service de transport et coordonnez les trajets avec clairvoyance et sens de l'organisation.
  • Vous êtes en contact étroit avec nos clients, bénévoles ainsi qu'avec d'autres groupes d'intérêt.
  • Vous planifiez, coordonnez et administrez les missions de nos conducteurs bénévoles.
  • Vous soutenez le bureau régional de Baden avec votre sens de l'organisation lors de cours, événements et processus administratifs.
  • Vous apportez de la structure aux données, rapports, cas de sinistre et recouvrements, contribuant ainsi de manière importante au bon fonctionnement.

Votre profil ###

  • Vous abordez différentes personnes avec respect, professionnalisme et un grand sens du service.
  • Vous communiquez avec assurance en allemand et gardez une vue d'ensemble même dans un quotidien de travail animé.
  • Vous aimez organiser, travaillez de manière fiable et assumez la responsabilité de vos tâches.
  • Vous êtes résistant/e au stress, flexible et pouvez agir calmement et orienté/e vers les solutions même dans des situations agitées.

Vos qualifications ###

  • Formation commerciale de base ou expérience de plusieurs années dans le domaine administratif
  • Bonnes connaissances des applications MS Office
  • Expérience en planification et service client un atout
