Nous sommes une chambre de commerce bilatérale active depuis plus de 100 ans, visant à soutenir les entreprises dans les échanges économiques entre l'Allemagne, la Suisse et la Principauté du Liechtenstein. Pour rejoindre la Chambre de commerce Allemagne-Suisse, nous recherchons dès à présent un(e) employé(e) en comptabilité / paie.

Votre domaine d'activité :

Vos tâches comprennent notamment l'accompagnement et le conseil d'entreprises étrangères germanophones dans les domaines suivants :

Comptabilité salariale

  • Établissement des bulletins de salaire et des certificats de salaire
  • Gestion professionnelle des assurances sociales et des impôts à la source
  • Saisie/modification des données dans le système
  • Traitement de toutes les tâches administratives dans le domaine des assurances sociales
  • Traitement administratif des prestations d'assurance (indemnités journalières, assurance accidents, allocations de maternité, etc.)
  • Émission d'attestations pour des organismes externes

Comptabilité financière

  • Tenue de la comptabilité financière
  • Établissement des comptes annuels selon le CO
  • Déclarations de TVA

Votre profil :

Nous recherchons une personne orientée client qui soutiendra notre équipe. En tant que joueur/joueuse d'équipe, vous agissez de manière flexible et fiable. Vous traitez vos tâches de façon structurée et avez le sens du détail.

Votre parcours devrait être :

  • Formation commerciale de base ainsi qu'une formation complémentaire en comptabilité
  • Formation complémentaire en administration du personnel / spécialiste paie un atout
  • Maîtrise parfaite de l'allemand à l'écrit et à l'oral
  • Connaissances usuelles des applications MS Office, Sage, Dialogik un avantage
  • Goût pour le travail autonome
  • Méthode de travail précise et fiable ainsi qu'une bonne compréhension des chiffres
  • Bonnes compétences en communication, esprit d'équipe et résistance au stress
