Pour notre équipe dynamique au service interne, nous recherchons une personne engagée qui soutiendra avec talent organisationnel et enthousiasme le domaine de la technologie de soudage.

Vos tâches

Dans cette fonction polyvalente, vous êtes un pivot central entre les clients, le service, l-atelier et le service externe.

Vous prenez en charge :

- Le traitement complet des commandes sur le marché intérieur ainsi que partiellement dans le commerce d-exportation

- La planification et la coordination de nos interventions de service et d-atelier

- Le conseil compétent et l-accompagnement de nos clients au téléphone et au guichet

- Le soutien de nos collaborateurs du service externe en tant que personne de contact interne

- La garantie d-un flux d-informations et de communication sans heurts

Ce que vous apportez

- Expérience dans le service client ou le service commercial interne

- Plaisir à organiser, coordonner et accomplir des tâches administratives

- Méthode de travail autonome, structurée et orientée solutions

- Grande responsabilité personnelle et fiabilité

- Bonnes connaissances de MS Office

- Excellentes compétences en communication et esprit d-équipe

- La connaissance de l-anglais et/ou du français est un atout

- Formation commerciale achevée (commerce, industrie ou équivalent)
