Tâches ##

  • Assister le chef cuisinier dans la préparation des repas.
  • Préparer des plats de la cuisine froide de manière autonome.
  • Participer à l'entretien de la cuisine et des espaces annexes.

Compétences ##

  • Expérience significative en cuisine, de préférence en milieu institutionnel.
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe, flexibilité et fiabilité.
  • Excellentes compétences en allemand et méthode de travail efficace.

Le centre de soins Gorwiden est un centre de soins privé, très bien desservi par les transports publics, situé à Zurich-Oerlikon. Nous sommes spécialisés dans le domaine de la gériatrie. Notre centre de soins se compose de deux bâtiments et est intégré avec beaucoup de charme dans un quartier calme. 100 collaborateurs accompagnent nos résidents dans leur quotidien.

Pour soutenir et renforcer notre équipe, nous recherchons un(e) employé(e) de cuisine, 100 %, à partir du 1er décembre 2026 ou selon accord.

Domaine d-activité ###

  • Soutien au chef de cuisine et à l-équipe de cuisine dans la préparation des repas
  • Préparation autonome des plats en cuisine froide
  • Aide au dressage
  • Réalisation des travaux de découpe et de préparation
  • Exécution des travaux de nettoyage
  • Prise en charge du service du petit-déjeuner
  • Réalisation du service de vaisselle
  • Co-responsabilité du respect des règles d-hygiène ainsi que de la propreté de la cuisine et des locaux annexes

Exigences ###

  • Expérience professionnelle de plusieurs années dans le domaine de la cuisine, idéalement dans une maison de retraite ou une institution de soins
  • Travail autonome, précis et efficace
  • Bonne connaissance de l-allemand
  • Esprit d-équipe, flexibilité, fiabilité
  • Disponibilité pour travailler les week-ends et jours fériés
