  • Expérience significative dans le secteur, diplôme en restauration apprécié.
  • Compétences en gestion de caisse et en informatique.
  • Excellentes connaissances en allemand et compréhension du suisse-allemand.

Le secteur des personnes âgées et des soins de la ville de Winterthour propose une offre de services variée pour la population de la ville de Winterthour dans les cinq centres pour personnes âgées ainsi qu'avec Spitex. Pour le restaurant "oh' parc" et la salle à manger du centre pour personnes âgées Brühlgut, où environ 130 résidents, collaborateurs et invités se restaurent chaque jour, nous recherchons à partir du 1er décembre 2026 une personne dynamique et flexible - également en reconversion professionnelle - avec les responsabilités suivantes :

Vos tâches ##

  • Servir les repas à environ 75 résidents dans la salle à manger
  • Conseiller et accompagner les résidents pour leurs demandes gastronomiques
  • Servir les invités et les collaborateurs au restaurant
  • Préparer la mise en place
  • Participer aux événements spéciaux (par ex. apéritifs, banquets, etc.)
  • Divers travaux de nettoyage pour respecter les normes d-hygiène et de qualité

Votre profil ##

  • Expérience professionnelle de plusieurs années dans le domaine
  • Formation de spécialiste en restauration CFC ou employé/e de restauration AFP un atout
  • Maîtrise des caisses et connaissances informatiques (MS Office). Connaissances de Sanalogic et Lobos un plus
  • Très bonnes connaissances de l-allemand à l-oral et à l-écrit ainsi qu-une compréhension aisée du suisse allemand
  • Disponibilité pour différents services (entre 6h45 et 19h00) ainsi que pour des interventions les week-ends et jours fériés
