Le Restaurant Brunnen est le lieu de rencontre entre le jardin du château de Riggisberg et le public. La belle terrasse-jardin et le restaurant invitent à la détente. Chaque jour, entre 60 et 90 repas de midi y sont servis.

Le poste est à pourvoir dès le 1er février 2027 ou selon accord.

Voici ta mission

Tu gères de manière autonome ta propre station de service, y compris l'encaissement, et soutiens l'équipe. Avec ta manière amicale et attentive, tu conseilles et sers nos clients de manière compétente. De plus, tu accompagnes et soutiens nos résident·e·s employé·e·s dans leur travail quotidien au service. Le respect de nos normes de qualité et d'hygiène est pour toi une évidence. Tu accomplis efficacement et soigneusement de petites tâches administratives.

Pour que nos clients soient également bien pris en charge le week-end, tu travailles régulièrement les samedis et dimanches. En contrepartie, tu bénéficies d'un week-end libre sur deux. Tes journées de travail se terminent généralement entre 16h00 et 18h00. Lors d'événements, il peut arriver que tu sois amené·e à faire des heures supplémentaires.

L'esprit d'équipe, le sens des responsabilités ainsi qu'une manière de travailler flexible et fiable te caractérisent. Tu aimes travailler de manière autonome et possèdes une expérience dans l'hôtellerie et/ou la vente. Un comportement respectueux, valorisant et sensible envers les personnes avec des troubles psychiques et/ou intellectuels est pour toi une évidence. Avec ta nature amicale, ouverte ainsi que ton orientation marquée vers le client et le service, tu crées une atmosphère agréable. De plus, tu disposes d'excellentes compétences orales en allemand.
