Sous l-égide de l-OdA Santé Zurich, la Z-INA propose des formations postgrades et des cours postgrades dans les domaines spécialisés des soins intensifs, d-urgence et d-anesthésie. En tant que plus grand prestataire de formation en Suisse dans le domaine AIN, la Z-INA transmet un savoir pratique associé aux dernières connaissances scientifiques.

Comment vous participerez

  • Vous dispensez des cours dans le domaine des soins intensifs adultes, ainsi que dans les offres de cours de l-école supérieure spécialisée
  • Vous participez à la création et à la correction des examens modulaires
  • Participation à la partie théorique de la procédure finale de qualification
  • Vous conseillez, accompagnez et soutenez les étudiants dans leur processus d-apprentissage conformément au mandat de l-école spécialisée
  • Vous participez à la vérification et au développement continu du curriculum

Ce que vous apportez

  • Vous travaillez dans une unité de soins intensifs et possédez une vaste expérience pratique.
  • Votre enthousiasme pour les soins intensifs ainsi que votre plaisir à accompagner et soutenir les étudiants vous caractérisent.
  • Vous détenez un diplôme d-expert(e) NDS HF en soins intensifs, de préférence un bachelor en soins infirmiers
  • Vous avez suivi une formation pédagogique complète, idéalement au niveau de formateur(trice) fédéral(e).
  • Excellentes compétences d-expression orale et écrite
  • Vous possédez de solides compétences en informatique utilisateur.
  • Vous êtes curieux(se), soucieux(se) de la qualité et orienté(e) vers le travail en équipe.
  • Votre méthode de travail est structurée et approfondie, avec une grande autonomie et fiabilité.
