Nous recherchons un spécialiste en sécurité événementielle pour soutenir la planification, la coordination et l'exécution des opérations de sécurité dans un portefeuille international d'événements. Le rôle combine la planification de la sécurité, la coordination des parties prenantes et le soutien opérationnel sur site.

Spécialiste en sécurité événementielle - 3 mois

Notre client est une organisation internationale de premier plan opérant dans un environnement dynamique et multiculturel. Il organise des événements de grande envergure et collabore avec un large éventail d'acteurs des secteurs public et privé.

Description

  • Soutenir la planification et l'exécution des opérations de sécurité pour des événements internationaux.
  • Aider au développement et à la mise en œuvre de concepts de sécurité, de mesures d'atténuation des risques et de plans opérationnels.
  • Coordonner avec les parties prenantes internes, les partenaires externes et les prestataires de services de sécurité.
  • Gérer la documentation liée à la sécurité, les processus administratifs et les activités de planification des événements.
  • Assurer la liaison avec les lieux, les fournisseurs et les autorités compétentes pour garantir le respect des exigences de sécurité.
  • Surveiller l'avancement des préparatifs de sécurité et assurer le suivi des actions clés.
  • Contribuer à la préparation opérationnelle et à la logistique de la sécurité des événements.
  • Fournir un soutien sur site lors des événements et aider à la coordination des opérations de sécurité.

Profil

  • Diplôme ou expérience professionnelle équivalente en sécurité, forces de l'ordre, service militaire, gestion des risques ou domaine connexe.
  • Expérience préalable en sécurité événementielle, sécurité opérationnelle ou coordination de la sécurité.
  • Solides compétences organisationnelles et administratives avec une excellente attention aux détails.
  • Capacité à travailler efficacement dans un environnement rapide et multiculturel.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication en anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral.
  • Maîtrise des applications Microsoft Office.
  • Expérience de travail avec plusieurs parties prenantes et prestataires externes.
  • Anglais courant, écrit et parlé.
  • Compétences en allemand au minimum au niveau B2 sont obligatoires.
