Spécialiste en santé CFC 80%-100%

Vos tâches

  • Soins et accompagnement globaux des résidents conformément à notre concept de soins et au processus de soins
  • Participation au processus de soins et à l-évaluation des besoins en soins avec RAI pour les résidents assignés
  • Documentation électronique des soins via CareCoach (mobile possible avec smartphone CareCoach)
  • Planification des visites médicales
  • Possibilité de prendre en charge des responsabilités thématiques et ainsi participer au réseau de qualité des soins à l-échelle du groupe

Votre profil

  • Formation achevée de spécialiste en santé CFC
  • Connaissances RAI souhaitées ou volonté de suivre ces cours (pris en charge)
  • Attitude chaleureuse et pleine d-humour
  • Goût pour les défis variés
  • Bonnes connaissances de l-allemand (niveau minimum B2) à l-oral et à l-écrit
