Spécialiste en santé CFC (h/f/d) #

  • Assumer la responsabilité quotidienne en travail posté
  • Assurer un accompagnement et des soins individualisés des résidents
  • Soutenir le personnel infirmier diplômé dans la planification des mesures
  • Participer à la mise en œuvre et à l'évaluation des processus de soins
  • Tenir une documentation complète des prestations de soins
  • Respecter les normes de qualité dans le processus de soins
  • Favoriser une attitude respectueuse au sein de l'équipe
  • Formation achevée en tant que spécialiste en santé CFC ou équivalent
  • Expérience professionnelle en soins de longue durée auprès des personnes âgées
  • Très bonnes connaissances de l'allemand à l'oral et à l'écrit
  • Connaissances de la documentation électronique des soins un atout
  • Personnalité empathique et résistante au stress
  • Grand sens de l'engagement et des responsabilités
  • Conscience élevée de la qualité et du service
  • Esprit d'équipe avec humour et bonnes manières
  • Joie d'apprendre et de se développer
