Soins psychiatriques ambulatoires intensifs

Tu accompagnes des personnes atteintes de troubles psychiques qui ont un besoin accru de soutien dans leur vie quotidienne.

Grâce à des contacts réguliers, des relations fiables et un soutien individuel, tu les aides à gagner en stabilité, à gérer leur quotidien et à renforcer leur autonomie.

Soins psychiatriques médico-légaux

Nous développons en outre une offre spécialisée pour les personnes ayant des besoins de soutien médico-légal psychiatrique, notamment lors de la transition d-un traitement médico-légal ou de l-exécution d-une peine vers la vie quotidienne. Si tu es intéressé, tu peux participer à ce projet et te familiariser avec un domaine spécialisé passionnant.

Dans les deux domaines, tu travailles dans le cadre de tes compétences FaGe et en étroite collaboration avec nos infirmières diplômées et le réseau interdisciplinaire.

Tes tâches :

  • Accompagnement et soins holistiques et ciblés de nos clientes et clients psychiatriques
  • Soutien à la structuration de la journée, à la gestion du quotidien et au renforcement des ressources personnelles
  • Aide au processus de soins : observer les changements et apporter des évaluations à l-équipe
  • Documentation autonome et compréhensible des prestations de soins
  • Actes médico-techniques selon les besoins et dans le cadre de tes compétences
  • Soutien aux infirmières diplômées dans la préparation et l-accompagnement des examens médicaux
