Description du poste ##

  • Soutien aux infirmiers diplômés dans le domaine médical.
  • Soins, accompagnement, soutien et promotion selon les besoins individuels.
  • Mise en œuvre du processus de soins en collaboration avec les infirmiers diplômés.
  • Encadrement et soutien des apprentis et stagiaires.

Profil requis ##

  • Formation achevée en tant que professionnel de la santé EFZ.
  • Empathie et plaisir à travailler avec les personnes.
  • Compétences sociales développées.
  • Résistance au stress, flexibilité et esprit d'équipe.
  • Connaissances en informatique/applications PC.
  • Bonne maîtrise de l'allemand à l'oral et à l'écrit.

Ce que nous offrons ##

  • Assurer une haute qualité de soins et d'accompagnement
  • Responsabilité de la direction et du développement de l'équipe de soins d'environ 20 collaborateurs,
  • Conduite des réunions d'équipe
  • Planification et organisation
  • Responsabilité du fonctionnement quotidien ainsi que prise en charge de la responsabilité journalière et/ou de la maison
  • Mise en œuvre et participation active au processus de soins pour les résidents nécessitant des soins moyens à lourds, y compris les soins de référence
  • Réalisation et coordination des soins de traitement ainsi que mise en œuvre professionnelle des tâches médico-techniques
  • Exécution professionnelle des mesures de soins et documentation avec des systèmes électroniques
  • Évaluation et optimisation des processus de soins
  • Promotion des échanges interdisciplinaires et participation aux comités spécialisés et projets
