Responsabilité spécialisée Expert en soins 80-100 (h/f/d) #

\- Développement continu de la qualité des soins et des directives d'hygiène

\- Réalisation de diverses analyses du processus de soins

\- Analyse et optimisation de la documentation des soins

\- Soutien des départements et de l'équipe de soins

\- Conduite d'entretiens professionnels avec les résidents et leurs proches

\- Accompagnement professionnel du personnel soignant

Vos avantages

\- Infirmier diplômé HF/FH avec formation complémentaire BScN

\- Expérience professionnelle de longue date en soins de longue durée, gérontopsychiatrie ou gériatrie

\- Expérience en gestion de projet

\- Expérience en gestion de la qualité

\- Connaissances approfondies du processus de soins et de la documentation

\- Grande responsabilité professionnelle et compétences en communication

\- Compétences développées en conseil et conduite d'entretiens
