Tâches ##

  • Assurer la prise en charge directe et complexe des patients.

Compétences ##

  • Diplôme en soins infirmiers, idéalement avec expérience ambulatoire.

Dans neuf communes du Leimental, nous proposons des services de soins et d'accompagnement stationnaires et ambulatoires. Cette offre est complétée par la possibilité de séjours semi-stationnaires dans le centre de jour et de nuit pour seniors. Infirmier/ère chef de cas - Spitex 50% - 100% ###

Vos tâches : #####

  • Vous êtes responsable des soins directs et prenez en charge des situations de soins complexes. Vous assurez ainsi les soins de base et les soins thérapeutiques appropriés de nos clients.
  • Vous planifiez et évaluez de manière autonome l'ensemble du processus de soins. Vous jouez un rôle actif dans la collaboration interdisciplinaire et coordonnez les services correspondants pour vos clients.
  • Vous accompagnez, conseillez et soutenez les clients et leurs proches dans leurs préoccupations.
  • Vous assumez une responsabilité partagée dans l'accompagnement et le soutien de nos apprentis.

Votre profil : #####

  • Vous êtes diplômé(e) en soins infirmiers HF/FH et avez idéalement déjà une expérience professionnelle dans le domaine ambulatoire.
  • Vous possédez une grande compétence professionnelle que vous appliquez de manière ciblée et sûre.
  • Vous êtes une personne ouverte et flexible, qui aime aller vers les autres.
  • Vous pensez de manière interconnectée, travaillez de façon autonome et responsable.
  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un permis de conduire catégorie B.
