Tâches ##

  • Concevoir et organiser des journées d'apprentissage de manière autonome.

L-association intercommunale Soins & Assistance Mittleres Tösstal fournit à la population des communes associées Turbenthal, Wila, Wildberg et Zell des prestations stationnaires et ambulatoires conformément au mandat de prestations. Dans les deux établissements de soins stationnaires à Turbenthal et Rikon, 50 résidents sont soignés et accompagnés dans chacun.

Vos tâches ###

  • Vous accompagnez les apprenants dans le quotidien des soins, planifiez et réalisez des journées d-apprentissage, effectuez des évaluations de compétences et conduisez des réunions structurées avec les apprenants.
  • Vous fixez des objectifs d-apprentissage, donnez un retour honnête et constructif et évaluez les progrès des apprenants.
  • Vous organisez de manière autonome vos tâches de formation et vous coordonnez directement avec notre responsable de la formation professionnelle.
  • Vous apportez vos propres idées à la refonte de la formation et participez à leur mise en œuvre.
  • Vous travaillez dans les soins et montrez un mode de travail professionnel, soigneux et réfléchi.

Ce que vous apportez ###

  • Une formation achevée en tant que FaGe EFZ ou infirmier(ère) diplômé(e) HF / DN I ainsi qu-une solide expérience professionnelle.
  • SVEB 1 en accompagnement individuel ou cours de base de formateur professionnel un atout.
  • Une grande conscience de la qualité : vous réfléchissez à vos actions, respectez les normes professionnelles et êtes un modèle fiable.
  • Une manière de travailler autonome et structurée ainsi que le plaisir d-encourager les jeunes et d-aborder ouvertement des sujets difficiles.
