Tâches ##

  • Accompagner le personnel dans l'application pratique de la Kinästhetik.
  • Conseiller les résidents sur leurs besoins en mouvement et Kinästhetik.
  • Organiser et animer des formations internes en Kinästhetik.

Compétences ##

  • Formation en Kinästhetik (S1, S2 ou S3) requise.
  • Capacité à partager son expertise avec enthousiasme.
  • Personnalité ouverte et engageante, axée sur l'humain.

En tant que remplaçant(e) de notre formateur/trice kinesthésie, vous apportez du mouvement au quotidien - au sens propre du terme. Vous renforcez la compétence en santé de nos collaborateurs, favorisez l'autonomie de nos résidents et montrez comment la kinesthésie peut rendre le quotidien plus facile et plus dynamique pour toutes les personnes concernées.

Vos tâches :

  • Au cœur de l'action : Vous accompagnez directement les collaborateurs de tous les secteurs dans la pratique et les aidez à appliquer efficacement la kinesthésie.
  • Individuel et orienté sur les besoins : Vous conseillez et accompagnez certains résidents autour du mouvement et de la kinesthésie.
  • Un savoir qui fait avancer : Vous planifiez et préparez des formations internes en kinesthésie et participez à leur réalisation.
  • Différent en mouvement : Vous vous engagez dans notre offre « Un entraînement de marche un peu différent ».
  • Tout garder en mouvement : Vous soutenez la gestion de notre matériel kinesthésie.
