VOS TÂCHES ###

  • Assurer un accompagnement, un encadrement et un soutien individualisés et adaptés des étudiants et apprentis dans le domaine des soins et de l'accompagnement
  • Participer à l'assurance qualité de la formation en entreprise
  • Contribuer aux travaux conceptuels et aux projets

CE QUE VOUS APPORTEREZ ###

  • Diplôme reconnu en soins FH/HF, DNII
  • Qualification pédagogique professionnelle équivalente à 100 heures d'apprentissage (par ex. formateur/trice pratique SVEB module 1) ou volonté de l'acquérir
  • Capacité à communiquer et coopérer de manière transparente, honnête et factuelle
  • Motivation à maintenir et développer la qualité des soins et de la formation
  • Attitude respectueuse
  • Bonnes compétences en informatique
