Tâches ##

  • Gérer le transport terrestre pour la région Rheinland, surtout Cologne.
  • Planifier l'emploi du temps des conducteurs selon les lois en vigueur.
  • Assurer le respect des délais de chargement pour nos clients clés.

Compétences ##

  • 1-2 ans d'expérience en tant que planificateur de transport requis.
  • Maîtrise de l'allemand et de l'anglais, le polonais est un plus.
  • Compétences en MS Office et logiciels de planification nécessaires.

Vos tâches : ###

  • Planification de notre transport routier et combiné pour la région Rhin avec un focus sur Cologne
  • Planification des missions des conducteurs en tenant compte des réglementations légales
  • Suivi et garantie des temps de chargement chez les clients clés
  • Interlocuteur pour les conducteurs, clients et partenaires en cas de modifications de dernière minute et prise en compte des besoins des clients
  • Utilisation efficace des véhicules sous un angle économique
  • Résolution des problèmes en cas de perturbations dans le déroulement du transport

Votre profil : ###

  • Au moins 1 à 2 ans d'expérience professionnelle en tant que gestionnaire de transport
  • Formation achevée dans le domaine de l'expédition et de la logistique ainsi qu'expérience en import/export
  • Bonnes connaissances géographiques et compréhension des processus logistiques
  • Bonnes compétences en allemand et en anglais à l'oral et à l'écrit, le polonais et/ou le russe sont un atout
  • Maîtrise de MS Office et des logiciels de gestion des transports (Brabender est un plus)
  • Capacité de combinaison, rapidité de compréhension, travail en équipe ainsi que méthode de travail précise et efficace
