L-EFAJE cherche un(e) Gestionnaire en intendance pour la Garderie de l-Hirondelle.

Tâches ##

  • Assurer l'entretien et la propreté des locaux et du matériel.
  • Veiller au respect des normes d'hygiène et de sécurité.
  • Gérer les repas fournis par le traiteur et les stocks alimentaires.

L-EFAJE est un réseau qui regroupe 31 communes du district du Gros-de-Vaud et environs désireuses d-unir leurs efforts pour gérer et développer des prestations d-accueil de jour de qualité afin de mieux répondre aux besoins de leurs citoyens. À ce jour, trois secteurs y sont représentés, l-Accueil familial de jour, qui regroupe une soixantaine d-accueillant(e)s en milieu familial, neuf structures préscolaires et dix-neuf structures parascolaires. Dans le cadre d-un congé maternité, nous sommes à la recherche, pour une durée déterminée, d-un(e) :

Gestionnaire en intendance à 65% ##

Le poste de travail est situé à la Garderie de l-Hirondelle à Bercher, qui dispose d-une capacité de 64 places d-accueil réparties en 4 groupes. Le temps de travail est réparti sur 5 jours par semaine de 12h15 à 17h30.

Vos missions : ###

  • Assurer l-entretien, l-hygiène et la propreté des locaux, du linge et du matériel.
  • Veiller au respect des normes de sécurité et d-hygiène.
  • Réceptionner, contrôler et mettre en place les repas fournis par le traiteur, puis gérer la vaisselle.
  • Contribuer activement à la collaboration et au bon fonctionnement quotidien de la structure.
  • Gérer efficacement les stocks alimentaires et de produits d-entretien.

Votre profil : ###

Vous êtes une personne organisée, autonome et consciencieuse, qui apprécie le travail en équipe. Vous faites preuve de flexibilité, de discrétion et d-un bon sens des responsabilités. Vous êtes capable de planifier votre travail, de gérer les priorités et de prendre des initiatives dans le respect du cadre institutionnel. Une expérience dans le domaine de l-intendance, notamment en collectivité, constitue un atout. Vous êtes sensible aux règles d-hygiène et de sécurité et veillez à offrir un environnement propre, accueillant et adapté aux besoins des enfants et des équipes. Vous disposez de la nationalité suisse ou d-un permis de séjour valable ainsi que d-un casier judiciaire vierge.
