Pour le compte d'une régie immobilière reconnue du canton de Fribourg, nous recherchons un-e gestionnaire immobilier afin de renforcer son équipe et participer au bon fonctionnement des activités liées à la gestion d'un portefeuille d'immeubles.

Vos missions ##

  • Assurer la gestion complète d'un portefeuille d'immeubles résidentiels et/ou commerciaux
  • Être l'interlocuteur-trice privilégié-e des propriétaires, locataires et partenaires externes
  • Gérer les baux, résiliations, états des lieux et autres démarches administratives
  • Coordonner les interventions techniques, les travaux d'entretien et les rénovations
  • Assurer le suivi des sinistres et des dossiers d'assurance
  • Contrôler les budgets d'exploitation et veiller à la rentabilité des immeubles
  • Effectuer des visites régulières des biens immobiliers
  • Garantir une qualité de service élevée et le respect des obligations légales

Votre profil ##

  • Formation dans le domaine de l'immobilier, du commerce ou titre jugé équivalent
  • Expérience confirmée dans la gestion immobilière en Suisse
  • Bonne connaissance du droit du bail et des usages du marché immobilier suisse
  • Aisance dans la gestion administrative et la relation clientèle
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels et des logiciels métier
  • Personnalité organisée, autonome et orientée solutions
  • Excellentes capacités de communication et sens des responsabilités
