Tasks ##

  • Provide individualized care and support for patients in daily activities.

  • Completed vocational training as a healthcare professional (FaGe).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with empathy and reliability.

Your Tasks

  • Competent care & support: You take on individual, target group-appropriate care as well as accompany our patients in everyday life and in the day-structure programme
  • Medical-technical & organisational tasks: You independently and carefully perform prescribed medical-technical procedures within the FaGe competence profile
  • Contributing to the therapeutic environment by actively helping to create a safe, healing and reliable ward atmosphere
  • Interprofessional collaboration: You work closely and on equal footing with qualified nursing professionals HF/FH, doctors, psychologists as well as specialist therapists

Your Profile

  • Completed vocational training as a Health Specialist EFZ (FaGe)
  • Interest in psychiatric nursing and enjoyment in supporting people in psychological crises and change processes
  • High social and communication skills, empathy, reliability and team spirit
  • Independent, structured and conscientious way of working.
  • Identification with the mission statement and Christian values of Klinik SGM
