Job description

Au sein d'une petite équipe RH, vous vous verrez confier une grande variété de tâches opérationnelles liées à l'accueil, à la vie en entreprise ainsi qu'à la sortie des collaborateurs et collaboratrices. Ces tâches couvriront aussi bien l'administration du personnel que la gestion des salaires, des assurances sociales et des temps. Vous contribuerez également aux projets en cours.

Profile

Titulaire du certificat de gestionnaire RH et / ou au bénéfice d'une première expérience dans le domaine RH, vous êtes polyvalent(e), autonome, très orienté(e) détails et qualité. Vous êtes doté(e) d'un bon esprit d'analyse et possédez une affinité pour les chiffres.

Faisant preuve d'un excellent esprit d'équipe, vous disposez de très bonnes compétences en communication, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, et savez garder la tête froide même en situation de stress. Disponible et flexible, vous placez la satisfaction des équipes au coeur de vos priorités. Vous êtes à l'aise avec l'utilisation des outils informatiques.

Professional requirements

  • Certificat de gestionnaire RH
  • Au bénéfice d'une première expérience dans le domaine RH

Languages

  • De langue maternelle française, vous possédez d'excellentes connaissances de l'anglais.
  • L'allemand serait un avantage.
