Description du poste

En tant que Partenaire RH, vous assumez une fonction polyvalente et responsable au sein de notre équipe RH. Vous accompagnez avec compétence les cadres et les collaborateurs sur toutes les questions liées au personnel et gérez vos domaines de manière globale tout au long du cycle de vie des employés.

  • Prise en charge et conseil globaux des secteurs d'entreprise assignés ainsi que des collaborateurs du secteur retail sur toutes les questions RH pertinentes
  • Interlocuteur compétent pour les cadres et les collaborateurs tout au long du cycle de vie des employés
  • Responsabilité du recrutement ainsi que de l'accompagnement des entrées, évolutions et sorties
  • Assurer une administration du personnel professionnelle et respectant les délais
  • Soutien au Head of HR
  • Responsabilité du domaine de la formation initiale et continue
  • Participation active aux projets RH et initiatives internes
  • Soutien à la personne responsable de la formation professionnelle initiale sur toutes les questions RH concernant les apprentis

Profil

Vous êtes une personne communicative et orientée service avec une grande compétence sociale. Vous travaillez de manière autonome, structurée et orientée solutions et vous vous distinguez par votre discrétion et votre sens des responsabilités.

Exigences professionnelles

  • Formation commerciale achevée ainsi qu'une formation complémentaire en RH avec certificat fédéral de capacité
  • Expérience professionnelle de plusieurs années dans les RH, de préférence dans une fonction comparable
  • Connaissances approfondies en gestion du personnel, recrutement et administration du personnel
  • Maîtrise des applications Microsoft Office courantes

Langues

  • Langue maternelle française ainsi que maîtrise courante de l'allemand à l'oral et à l'écrit
  • Bonnes connaissances en anglais
