HR Business Partner - 80%

Vos missions principales :

  • agir comme partenaire stratégique pour le management dans la gestion et le développement de leurs équipes,
  • effectuer le recrutement des cadres supérieurs,
  • assurer la mise en application des processus (intégration, évolution et développement des compétences, performance et rémunération, relève et nomination), en garantissant le respect des politiques RH et en assumant la partie opérationnelle,
  • être le point de contact des collaboratrices et collaborateurs pour tout type de questions et / ou réflexions et intervenir en qualité de médiateur en cas de situations particulières,
  • participer activement aux projets.

Votre profil :

  • formation universitaire ou supérieure dans le domaine RH,
  • expérience professionnelle de minimum 5 ans dans un poste similaire, au sein d-une structure bancaire/financière un atout,
  • capacité à structurer et mener des projets,
  • bonnes connaissances du droit suisse en matière de ressources humaines,
  • aisance relationnelle, leadership, autonomie et proactivité.
