Tâches ##

  • Gérer l'ensemble des opérations RH de l'embauche au départ.
  • Agir comme point de contact pour les employés et les managers.
  • Superviser la paie pour environ 110 employés, y compris les assurances sociales.

Compétences ##

  • Diplôme en ressources humaines et expérience dans un environnement PME.
  • Bonne connaissance de la paie et des assurances sociales.

Pour cette entreprise familiale suisse, nous recherchons actuellement un(e) généraliste RH à 60-80%. Le poste sera pourvu selon accord. Le lieu de travail est facilement accessible en transports publics ou en voiture, avec des places de parking gratuites à disposition.

Vos tâches chez le nouvel employeur

  • Vous gérez les opérations RH quotidiennes, de l-entrée à la sortie des collaborateurs
  • Vous êtes l-interlocuteur(trice) pour les employés et les supérieurs sur toutes les questions liées au personnel
  • Vous prenez en charge le processus de recrutement et d-intégration
  • Vous assumez la responsabilité du traitement des salaires pour environ 110 collaborateurs, y compris les assurances sociales et les travaux de fin d-année
  • Vous gérez la gestion des absences et enregistrez les déclarations d-accidents et de maladie
  • Vous organisez des formations internes
  • Vous assurez le suivi administratif des apprentis
