Description du poste ##

Mettre en œuvre, communiquer et veiller au respect des mesures d'hygiène hospitalière et des protocoles de prévention des infections au sein de la clinique, en collaboration avec l'équipe de direction clinique, le spécialiste des maladies infectieuses, le comité d'hygiène et les représentants sur le terrain.

Élaborer, examiner et mettre à jour les politiques et procédures d'hygiène conformément aux meilleures pratiques actuelles et aux exigences réglementaires, en veillant à leur harmonisation dans tous les services cliniques.

Mener régulièrement des audits et des activités de surveillance afin d'évaluer le respect des normes d'hygiène, d'identifier les domaines à améliorer et de mettre en œuvre les mesures correctives nécessaires.

Assurer la formation du personnel clinique et non clinique sur les protocoles d'hygiène, les mesures de prévention des infections et les normes de bonnes pratiques afin de favoriser une culture de conformité.

Enquêter sur les incidents et les quasi-accidents liés à l'hygiène, les gérer, documenter les conclusions et recommander des mesures préventives afin de minimiser leur survenue future.

Collaborer avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires et des parties prenantes externes afin de promouvoir la sensibilisation à l'hygiène, de partager l'expertise et de faciliter l'échange de connaissances au sein de l'organisation.

Participer à des projets institutionnels et à des initiatives d'amélioration de la qualité afin d'apporter votre expertise spécialisée et de soutenir la réalisation des objectifs organisationnels.

Qualifications ##

  • Diplôme d'infirmier-ère reconnu-e, de préférence résident suisse
  • Diplôme en hygiène hospitalière
  • Sens des priorités dans les situations aiguës et bonne gestion du stress
  • Sens de l'organisation et du travail en autonomie
  • Sens de la collaboration pluridisciplinaire
  • Disponibilité, flexibilité et polyvalence
  • Volonté d'élargir vos compétences dans un secteur spécialisé.
