Tâches ##

  • Prendre soin de personnes malades et handicapées à tous les âges.
  • Prévenir les maladies et promouvoir la santé des patients.
  • Gérer le processus de soins de l'entrée à la sortie du patient.

Compétences ##

  • Diplôme en soins infirmiers HES ou équivalent requis.
  • Compétences en communication et travail d'équipe.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et responsable.

La Fondation Flury assure, avec plus de 600 collaborateurs à l'hôpital de Schiers, les trois maisons de retraite de Schiers, Jenaz et Klosters, le Spitex, le logement avec services, la crèche, le conseil aux parents ainsi que le centre médical de Klosters, une prise en charge sanitaire complète et intégrée dans le Prättigau entre Grüsch et Klosters. De nombreuses régions de sports d'été et d'hiver, la seigneurie des Grisons, le lac de Walenstadt ou la ville de Zurich sont facilement accessibles depuis cette région en très peu de temps.

Vos tâches comprennent : - Soins et accompagnement de personnes physiquement et psychiquement malades et handicapées à toutes les étapes de la vie et issues de différents milieux socioculturels - Prévention des maladies et promotion de la santé - Responsabilité de l'ensemble du processus de soins, de l'entretien d'admission à la sortie
