Tâches ##

  • Soutenir les résidents dans leur santé physique et mentale.
  • Établir des relations respectueuses et orientées vers les ressources.
  • Transmettre vos connaissances aux collègues et aux apprentis.

Compétences ##

  • Diplôme en soins infirmiers HF ou équivalent requis.
  • Empathie et patience avec les personnes ayant des limitations cognitives.
  • Centrer les soins sur les besoins des résidents.

Vous soutenez nos résidents dans leur santé physique, sociale et psychique. Vous veillez à une relation axée sur les ressources et empreinte de respect. En tant que professionnel engagé, vous assumez volontiers des responsabilités, transmettez vos connaissances à vos collègues et apprentis, et participez activement à l'organisation du quotidien.

Vous apportez : ###

  • Une formation achevée en tant qu-infirmier/-ère diplômé(e) HF ou équivalent
  • Plusieurs années d-expérience professionnelle, de préférence dans le domaine de la démence
  • Vous êtes empathique et patient(e) avec les personnes présentant des troubles cognitifs
  • Vous placez les résidents et leurs besoins au centre de vos préoccupations

Au centre de soins dandelion pour personnes atteintes de démence à Bâle, 60 résidents sont soignés et accompagnés dans sept groupes résidentiels selon une approche milieu-thérapeutique. De plus, jusqu-à 12 invités fréquentent quotidiennement notre structure de jour spécialisée.
